Admissions & Customer Service Representative

Harney District Hospital is looking to hire a full-time Admissions & Customer Service Representative to join our team. Job duties include: assisting and greeting patients and family members, admitting patients, data entry of patient information to EPIC, processing payment, cleaning waiting areas, and other general reception tasks.  The starting hourly wage is $16.86 and increases based on experience. Candidate must have a high school education and ~ 6 months related experience.

Registration and Scheduling Clerk

Our HDH Family Care Clinic is seeking a full-time Registration and Scheduling Clerk. Job duties include: scheduling patients, answering phones, collecting payment, verifying insurance coverage, and updating patients’ registration as needed. The ideal candidate would have strong customer service skills, experience and knowledge in medical billing and data entry, and general knowledge of confidentiality concepts and requirements. Candidate must have a high school education or equivalent, and one (1) year office experience or any satisfactory combination or experience and training which demonstrates the knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the above duties. The schedule is Monday – Friday 8am to 5pm, and the pay scale is $16.86-$21.56/hr depending on experience.

Environmental Services Technician

HDH is seeking a full-time Environmental Services Technician. An EVS Tech performs cleaning duties in the Housekeeping and Laundry Linen Services Departments to ensure sanitary, orderly, and attractive conditions in the hospital.  The ideal candidate would have general knowledge of methods, materials, and solutions used in housekeeping and safe usage of cleaning equipment and supplies. Candidate must have equivalent to a high school education. The pay scale is $16.86/hr - $20.56/hr depending on experience.
