The Aspens Living Center in Hines, Oregon is looking for a licensed Administrator.  As industry leaders, our goal is to take exceptional care.  By investing in our Staff, we provide exceptional services to our Elders, bring peace of mind to their families, and strengthen our community. 

 

An Ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven leadership experience in Assisted Living or a similar healthcare setting
  • Strong skills in human resources, regulatory compliance, finance, and operations management
  • Effective communication with residents, families, staff, and healthcare professionals
  • Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including lifting 20 lbs. routinely and up to 40 lbs. occasionally
  • Oregon Assisted Living Administrator license (or the ability to obtain within 30 days of hire)
  • The highest standards of ethics, honesty, integrity & accuracy 
  • Ability to work a minimum of 40 hours per week on site & provide on-call support
