Come celebrate dark skies and all things nocturnal at Malheur NWR’s Sod House Ranch. ADA compliant bathrooms and parking will be available. There we’ll take an evening bird walk, look for bats and badgers, and enjoy a star viewing experience with Amy Bielbisi from Oregon Star Safari.
We'll have dairy and non-dairy ice cream and root beer for making root beer floats.
6:30 = gates will open
7:00 - 8:00 = Sunset Birding at Sod House Ranch
8:00 - 9:00 = Transitional activities: look for bats and badgers, planet search, night vision activity
9:00 - 10:00 = Star Safari
